"Tamaris" is a new hotel, opened in 2005, located right beside the sea, in St. Euphemius Bay, approx. 2 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the old town. hotel- Pension "Tamaris" is open all year round and offers accommodation in 14 contemporary furnished double bedrooms. Boat moorings are located in front of the hotel. Guests can choose between breakfast, half board or full board arrangements.

Area information
The famous "Skver" town beach is located nearby. Taxi boats from the nearby jetty can ferry you across easily and quickly to "Frkanj" Peninsula, known for accommodating the first nudist beach. A variety of sports can be found within the immediate vicinity of "Pansion Tamaris", including boccia
grounds, 3 tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis; Strolls through the central park are particularly suitable to people with respiratory problems (asthma, bronchitis), which can be confirmed by the closeness of the former Thalasotherapy clinic.
When we say Rab, we have in mind the whole island, its 93.6 square kilometers and the localities of Lopar, Mundanija, Supetarska Draga, Kampor, Palit, Banjol, Barbat . . . but the crown of it all is
its most beautiful place, which has also given its name to the island, the town of Rab - the closely huddled Mediterranean urban complex.
The stormy past and different historical periods have all
left their traces here, in the numerous buildings of great value which are carefully looked after.
Travel information
The closest airport is located on the island of Krk. It is possible to come to Rab by bus from Rijeka and from Zagreb.
By car:
- Via Salzburg and Karawanken Tunnel into Slovenia, onward via Ljubljana and Postojna in direction of Croatia and the city of Rijeka, from the city of Rijeka forward 105 km to the ferry port Jablanac.
- Via Vienna and Graz into Slovenia, onward via Maribor to Zagreb, from the direction of Budapest and the city of Varaždin to Zagreb, from Zagreb forward on highway to Žuta Lokva, onward on the road in direction of the city of Senj, forward on the road in direction of Split to the ferry port
Jablanac , total 60 km.
- Across Switzerland into Italy and onward via Milan, Venice and Trieste in Slovenia, forward in direction of Croatia and the city of Rijeka, from the city of Rijeka forward 105 km to the ferry
port Jablanac.
During the summer months: June, July, August and the first half of September additional option of arrival from the direction of Rijeka via bridge to the island of Krk, onward in direction of ferry port Baška on the island of Krk, on ferry boat from Baška to ferry port in Lopar on the island of Rab 50 minutes and onward approx. 13 km to Pansion Tamaris.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 5 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
All children under 12 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
