Situated in a peaceful, unspoilt area on the Adriatic coast, this family-run property is composed of terraced villas located 500 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the town-centre.
The 58 recently-built villas that make up the Duna Rossa residence are laid out in a horseshoe within the green and tranquil Duna Verde beach resort in Caorle. All the rooms have been carefully furnished and boast a garden and independent entrance.
The residence is located within walking distance of the beach and the city-centre, and offers a wealth of modern comforts and activities, including; 2 swimming pools; tennis courts; a park and; beach volley ball, making it particularly suitable for families with children and anyone who desires a relaxing vacation near Caorle, Jesolo and Venice.
After a day spent lying on the beach or on a chaise lounge by the pool, guests can enjoy a meal at the pizzeria.
The residence is open from April to September.

The hotel's facilities include; two swimming pools (adult and wading) with chaise lounges and umbrellas; poolside café; pizzeria restaurant; volleyball area; and night security service.

The residence is composed of 58 villas including independent apartment with 2 or 3 rooms hosting up to 4 guests. All apartments contain a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, sofa beds, and a spacious double room. Satellite TV is available on request.
The apartments are available on 1 or 2 floors.
Food & beverage
A rich buffet breakfast is served from 07:30-10:30.
Dinner is served from 18:30 to 21:00.
-Take the Venice-Trieste motorway and exit at S. Stino di Livenza.
-Continue towards Caorle, but turn right towards Porto Santa Margherita and the Prà delle Torri golf course before entering the town.
- Continue for 1 km and you will see the sign 'Benvenuti a Duna Verde'.
-Continue for 300 m and then on the left you will see the entrance to the hotel.

The are connections running between Mestre, Venice and San Donà di Piave stations and Duna Rossa.
