The NH Nürnberg City houses two restaurants. One serves international cuisine in a traditional restaurant environment whilst the other, an ‘nhube’, offers customers a multi-functional area where they can chat, watch television, surf the internet, put on and listen to music, at the same time as eating their meal. This idea, to combine a restaurant and with relaxation facilities for guests was created by NH hoteles in collaboration with Ferran Adrià, who has been named by The New York Times and Le Monde as the most innovative chef in present-day cuisine and the best cook in the world.
