Newly built NH Mercader located in the vicinity of Mercamadrid, the biggest food supplying center of Madrid. Very close to the M-40 highway, offering easy access to the city, the airport and other roads. The NH Mercader has 124 fully equipped rooms, fitness room, sauna and jacuzzi.

Hotel information

This NH Mercader has a beautiful modern architectural design and opened its doors in 2005. It has a total of 124 rooms distributed over five floors. In order to satisfy the appetite of the guest, the NH Mercader has a restaurant, where international specialties are served. After an exhausting day our guests will be able to relax and to rest in the bar and enjoy a drink. Among other facilities you will be able to find conference halls, equipped with the standard equipment and with a maximum capacity of 325 people. Additional benefits include the laundry service and the parking facilities for vehicles.

Room information

The rooms have a modern design and offer a combination of comfort and functionality. Furthermore, some rooms are equipped for disabled guests.

Food & beverage

There is a restaurant offering the best choices of Spanish cooking along with top quality products. The opening hours are from 13:00 until 16:00 for small meals and from 20:00 until 23:00 for dinner. From 11:00 until 13:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00 you will also be able to enjoy sandwiches and similar snacks in the Bar (closed Sundays and bank holidays). You can also enjoy the Bar - Cafeteria from 7:00 to 23:00 (closed Sundays and bank holidays). The breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 to 11:00 weekends and holidays.

Area information

This NH Mercader is located next to a highway in the south of Madrid and has a Mercamadrid, one of the greatest food companies of Europe. Just minutes walking from the NH Mercader you will arrive at a pedestrian area with a connection to the public transport, that will allow to discover the other parts him of Madrid. The tourist zone of the city is about five kilometres away and the airport in Barajas is almost 20 kilometres away.

Travel information

In order to arrive at the NH Mercader you have two options:

From the north of Madrid
Take the M-40 freeway in the Southern direction (A-4 Cordoba, A-42 Toledo) and continue on the freeway until the exit number 19A (Vallecas, CTM, Mercamadrid). Take this exit and keep following the Mercamadrid direction until you see the indications for the Plataforma Alta. You will cross the Customs via Route 8 and once within the Mercamadrid enclosure you take the first street to the right, bringing you in front of our hotel.

From the south of Madrid
Take the M-40 freeway in the Northern direction (A-3 Valencia, A-2 Zaragoza) and continue on the freeway until the exit number 20 (Vallecas, CTM, Mercamadrid). Take this exit and follow the Mercamadrid direction until you see the indications for the Plataforma Alta. You will cross the Customs via Route 8 and once within the Mercamadrid enclosure you take the first street to the right, bringing you in front of our hotel.
