A variety of sports and leisure facilities are on offer including tennis, squash and padel tennis courts, as well as a multi-purpose court for football, basketball and volleyball. The resort’s low white buildings are attractive and typical of this region of Lanzarote. There is a large outdoor swimming pool with a separate area for children and a completely new spa with a jacuzzi, sauna, and massage services. .

There is a fully renovated gym featuring the latest equipment and a well-equipped spa offering a variety of relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments and facilities at an additional cost. Wireless internet access is available in the lobby and the reception area and there is also a fully-equipped meeting room with a maximum capacity of 50 people. As well as being ideal for couples and families, the hotel is also becoming popular with sports clubs due to the excellent facilities found on-site. The spa features a jacuzzi, a sauna, Turkish baths, an ice pool, Vichy showers and a relaxation area. Water polo, archery and rifle shooting are also on offer. .

The snack bar by the hotel’s pool has also been recently refurbished. These gala dinners are obligatory for all guests staying on an all-inclusive or half board basis. Breakfast is available every day from 08:00 to 10:00, lunch is available from 13:00 to 15:00 and the restaurant is open for dinner each evening from 18:30 to 21:00 in the winter and from 19:00 to 22:00 in summer. The on-site buffet restaurant features show cooking and has recently been completely renovated. The hotel hosts a special Christmas day gala dinner on the 25 December and a special New Year's Eve gala dinner on 31 December. The hotel also boasts a lounge bar and a disco bar, which features live shows. The additional costs of these events are not included in the quoted room rate for reservations for these dates. An all-inclusive option is available, which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the buffet restaurant, as well as snacks from 09:30 to 23:30, local beverages and snacks at the snack bar from 10:30 to 17:30, cocktails at the snack bar and discos and shows from 20:00 to 00:00 every evening. .
