The Lake Side Lodge is a charming former school building in the middle of
the village Faulensee on the border of the beautiful lake Thun in the
Bernese Oberland. The house is freshly renovated, the warm colors put you in
a comfortable mood.
Room information
Each floor has a 4-/6-/12-bed room, for the group-leader
there is a individual double room. Shared showers and toilets are found on
each floor. Under the roof the lake Side Lodge provides a cozy dormitory
with 32 beds.
Food & beverage
For the budget-traveler there is a self-cooking facility - the Lake Side
Lodge team provides swiss breakfast-, lunch and dinner-catering on request.
In the lounge you find sofas, games a library and internet stations. The
laundry offers washing and drying machines (PLEASE NOTE, THAT ABOVE MENTIONED OFFER IS ONLY FOR GROUP TRAVELLERS).
Area information
The Lake Side Lodge has it’s own sports field with volleyball-, basketball,
table tennis and boccia installations. Thy bicyclist finds a little workshop
for his needs and a bike locker. For rock-climbers the area has about 30
climbing walls (also indoor) and the hiker finds endless beautiful tours for
every level from a easy walk to very alpine excursions. The paragliding
pilot is happy with a dozen great start- and landing areas in the region.
The lake Thun and the Bernese Oberland are Switzerland’s most beautiful

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
