Many of the city’s sights can be explored on foot from here, including the Old Bridge, the River Neckar, the university and Heidelberg Castle.
The nearby mountain railway takes you to the castle or the top of the Königstuhl mountain, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the city and surrounding landscape. Local buses take you comfortably to the main railway station, the city zoo and various other locations.

Furthermore, the Hotel Goldener Falke arranges transfers to the SAP company headquarters in Walldorf. In the morning, you are picked up directly at the hotel. You are picked up again after your seminar/conference.
Prior to your arrival, please inform the Hotel Goldener Falke staff about the seminar’s/conference’s schedule in order to ensure smooth shuttle arrangements. A fee of EUR 10 is charged per person per transfer.

In our cosy, 74-seater restaurant we offer typical German and regional specialities, including Schnitzel, home-made cheese Spätzle, and an "Old Heidelberger" sausage platter with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes. We also offer seasonal dishes such as asparagus or venison.
During good weather, you can sit at our outdoor cafe tables on the marketplace. Enjoy people-watching, gaze at the castle and the Holy Spirit Church, and relax in the sunshine with a good beer or wine.
Our wine comes from just north of Heidelberg, at the Schriesheimer Winzergenossenschaft (Schriesheim’s winegrowers’ cooperative). With almost 400 hectares of vineyard, the Badische Bergstrasse is the smallest area of wine cultivation in Baden, resulting in quality over quantity. The wine is as varied as the land from which it is produced, and we recommend you take the time to explore both.
