We have 10 apartments in a quiet and peaceful environment only a few metres from the sea in Kukljica, surrounded by nature, clear blue sea and lovely beaches.

The apartments are just 60 metres away from a gravel beach. There is also a sand beach ideal for swimming safely with small children. The apartment includes a satellite TV, a toilet with shower, a kitchen with all its cooking elements and a big refrigerator. The kitchen leads out to the big balcony on which you can enjoy your meal. The usage of a barbecue is also allowed. There is also a private car park and boat mooring.
Area information
The beach is gravel, it has showers, a playground for volleyball, and a coffee-bar. You can also rent various beach equipments (parasols, deck chairs, pedal–boats, etc.), which is very practical for families with small children.
Sports and recreations: five tennis playgrounds, soccer, basketball and handball playground. Long walks by the sea and riding bicycles across the fields.

A regular car-ferry line is evolved between Zadar and the island of Ugljan.
The car-ferry port is situated in the centre of Zadar, which is in the old part of the city.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
