We have 60 separate, air conditioned studio apartments with balconies overlooking a shared pool, just a short stroll from the sandy Mar Menor beach and the clear blue Mediterranean.
Accommodation includes a living room in which you and your family can relax. That’s if you’re not out by the pool surrounded by palm trees or soaking up the sun in the garden.

Room information
Studio apartments have a main bedroom, separated by a sliding door from the living area and bathroom. All apartments open onto terraces. Kitchens have refrigerators, 2 hobs, washerdryers, microwaves, toasters, coffee-makers, cooking utensils and kitchenware. Cleaning and towel and linen changes are daily (except for the kitchen area).
Area information
Villas la Manga is in a central area of La Manga. Less than 300 metres away you will find bars and restaurants and on the Mar Menor beach you will find a couple of beach bars where you can spend your day or night.
In addition there is an 18-hole golf course 8 km from the apartments and a 9-hole course 14 km away.
The small fishing village Cabo de Palos is 3 km away, with an area of restaurants where you can enjoy traditional seafood dishes.
Travel information
By Plane:
- The nearest airport is San Javier, Murcia, 30 minutes from the complex.
By Train:
- Cartagena train station is 20 minutes from the apartments.
By Bus:
- Direct buses to La Manga from several cities in Spain (Murcia, Cartagena, Madrid, Albacete) and there is a bus stop 400 metres from the complex.
By Car:
- Head towards Murcia, take the exit for Cartagena and then the exit for La Manga.
- Once in La Manga the complex is situated at kilometre point 3 (on the right side of the road you will see some surf boards with the km indicated). The complex is surrounded by a very low stone wall.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child from 0 to 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
